I came to Wokingham Osteopath’s because I’d had shoulder pain on and off for years which travelled up to my neck and gave me a headache on one side of my face. I decided I should look into getting it sorted, and almost immediately when chatting to Wokingham Osteopaths online they suggested it could be my rib from desk posture. When I then went to my appointment, I had massages, some clicking of joints and overall great care and I have not had any pain since - it’s been amazing! I 100% recommend this business, their knowledge and help have been invaluable - thank you so much for sorting my pain out in just one session!

I came to see Keri when my baby was just shy of 6 weeks old, after weeks of baby experiencing severe discomfort, to the degree of not wanting being held. In our first consultation Keri demonstrated compassion and empathy for our situation and skilfully guided us to explore root cause as part of our treatment plan to ensure we are focused on long term solution not just short term fix. With this keri point us in the right direction and helped us uncover that our baby had CMPA (milk protein allergy), by our next visit 4 weeks later we had seen huge improvements to our baby and could then start treatment on helping her reflux - which had made burping and getting baby’s reflux out much much easier. Each session we had a baby coming to visit happier than the last and it’s made a huge difference to all of our lives.I whole heartedly recommend all babies should see an osteopath, and particularly Keri.

I was recommended wokingham Osteopaths by my partner as she sees another practitioner at the clinic. I went to Matthew with a lower back problem. I had a car accident back in 2020 and have suffered with back pain since. Had seen multiple doctors, physio, even tried acupuncture but nothing seemed to help. Matthew knew exactly what the problem was just by looking at me. Over a short period of time with weekly appointments, Matthew was able to almost completely eradicate my pain. I also had a session with Libby a sports therapist who was also very good. If you need a tune up, or have aches and pains the doctor can’t seem to fix, get in touch with Matthew he’ll fix you!I now see him every 6 weeks or so to keep me in working order, this is the best way to prevent injury so you don’t have to rehab which takes a hell of a longerThanks Matthew you’re a life saver.

Matt was superb right from the start by dedicating a good 40 minutes talking to me over the phone before I had even committed to a visit! I had seen two other osteopaths, a chiropractor, orthopaedic surgeon and physio and no one had been able to relieve my lower back. I had been dealing with this pain for over a year.After six sessions with Matt, I could finally stand and watch my son’s football game without the need to sit down after 10 minutes! We had such a wonderful experience with Keri here. At first we were a little apprehensive, but willing to try anything! Our LO was fussy, cried all the time and wouldn't feed or sleep properly for love nor money! Keri quickly out us at ease, and after one session our LO was visibly more relaxed, slept much better and was less windy. She gave us the confidence to pursue a reflux diagnosis from the GP and a feeding plan which worked for our LO. Would highly recommend!

Keri was amazing with our 3 week old daughter who struggled with trapped wind. She helped identify a possible posterior tongue tie and gave details of a recommended specialists. She helped massively with our feeding but also shared some amazing general tips for a newborn and a new mum - I told her she needs to write a book. If you’re struggling with your little one - you are in very safe hands and Keri is just wonderful. From our two appointments I came out with more knowledge, confidence and a more content baby following her massage to release the tensions from trapped wind. Thanks again Keri !

Kerri did a great job treating my 5 week old son who has been suffering with colic. She shared some techniques to help with expelling wind and also gave some great advice regarding bottle feeding and pace feeding techniques. My son seemed to enjoy his tummy massage and left the session a lot more comfortable, and as a first time mum I left feeling empowered and reassured.

Matt treated me after falling off my bike and hurting my shoulder/ribs fitting me in for a first appointment at very short notice with a follow up shortly after for some further treatment. I was in a lot of discomfort, coughing, sitting up and down were excruciatingly painful and in addition I was struggling to sleep due to the discomfort in my back/side. Matt explained what was going on and gave me effective treatment getting to the knub of the problem to relieve the tension/pain also showing me some exercises to do at home. He is really nice and very reassuring. I would highly recommend Matt.

Fantastic experience seeing Mo from Wokingham Osteopaths. Having seen the GP and NHS physio and given two differing diagnosis and standard exercises off Google which I did religiously, I was no better off. After months of pain when driving only 5 minutes gave me severe pain and having lost my confidence with physical activity in case I made things worse, I had no choice but to explore other options. Mo listened to my concerns and adapted exercises to suit my body and symptoms. There was a clear focus for what outcomes I wanted which were to drive pain free, be able to feel confident returning to the gym and weight lifting again as well as keeping up with an active 7 year old. Now three - four months on I’m pain free and doing all the things I wanted, with a toolkit of exercises I know I can go back to if symptoms flare again. Do the treatment and have the right exercises from a practitioner that understands your body. Thank you Mo!

Biggest game changer in my recovery.After a major unjury in late 2022 where I broke my lower back, I was concerned that my quality of life would never return to what it once was after being warned by doctors. I came to Matt through a recommendation, and to say that I’m glad I took the leap of faith would be an understatement.I had been through various physios, hydro water therapy specialists and more prior to coming to Wokingham Osteopaths & Massage, but when I noticed a true difference, was after having acupuncture and back manipulations through Matt. Matt and Alex have been amazing. When I first contacted Matt I was in chronic pain in my lower back, hip and half of my left leg was numb. I was in tears with the pain; it was worse than childbirth. Matt quickly understood the level of pain I was in and got me an appointment the same day. I have Sarcoidosis that very often causes the muscles and tendons in different joints to become extremely painful. The last event was my shoulder that got so bad that I could not sleep. I just wanted to say a huge thanks to Mo and Matt!I have been suffering with panic attacks/anxiety for months due to long covid, side affects of a beta blocker and as a result great tension builded up in pretty much all the muscles especially my neck/legs.I started with my journey with a chiropractor but after 7-8 sessions I had no improvement at all.After that I found the clinic via google so reached out to Matt and he offered help, was able to book me in with Mo for the next day!I had about 4-5 sessions by now and my condition significantly improved.These guys are really professional, friendly and I always feel comfortable/relaxed when visiting them.I would give 10 stars and once again thank you for Mo and the team!
