Cancellation Policy

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy whereby upon booking their first appointment the patient agrees to pay any outstanding cancellation fees in full. Frequently other patients are in pain and are on a waiting list in the event that a slot opens up. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slots to other patients in need. If possible we will try our utmost to bring in someone from our waiting list to fill the gap. If this is successful we will not charge the cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so by calling our clinic on 0118 380 0385 or emailing by replying to the Booking Confirmation email that you will have received upon making your next appointment.

Sickness Policy

As a health-focused clinic we are obliged to protect our patients and therapists by preventing the spread of easily contained diseases. Please call us to notify us of any illnesses as soon as you find out and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment if required. We would much rather have a single missed clinic slot than several days off work and our patients having to wait for treatment for that time.

If you arrive at the clinic for an appointment and are displaying symptoms of a communicable disease we reserve the right to refuse treatment on the grounds of preventing further infection. We also reserve the right to charge for the appointment slot.

Communication Policy

We primarily communicate via a patient management system to send out booking confirmation emails and booking reminder emails as a courtesy. Upon making an appointment patients are expected to check their emails to ensure their next booking is accurate. Please understand this is a courtesy to ensure arrival at the correct time and if a patient misses an appointment owing to not checking their email inbox we will still charge the full cancellation fee as we will not have had to to bring it someone from our waiting list and will result in lost income.
